📚 Global Search Documentation 📌 Overview The Global Search feature provides a centralized way for users to search across multiple entities within the application. This functionality is designed to improve navigation, accessibility, and efficiency for end-users by allowing keyword-based lookup across various modules.

A popup window will appear with available search options. Choose an entity (e.g., Ticket, Device).
