How to manage Websites

To add a new website from the list.

To Add a Website

Go to the left sidebar and select Live Monitor >Website Monitor > Click on the plus icon > Add > Click on Save.

  • Name: Enter the name of the website to be monitored.
  • Url: Provide the full website URL
  • Load Time Benchmark (s): Specify the maximum acceptable load time (in seconds) for the website. This will be used for performance monitoring.
  • Department: To customize, Select the department responsible for this website. Visibility and access will be limited to users within this department. refer click at section
  • Location: To customize, Choose the location associated with the website. Only users from this location will have access. refer click at section
  • Users: To customize, Select specific users who are allowed to view or monitor the website. refer click at section
  • Check for All Users: When enabled, this website will be visible to all users, overriding department and location filters.
  • Enable: Use this select fields to activate or deactivate website monitoring.

To edit a website from the list.

To Edit a Website

Go to the left sidebar and select Live Monitor >Website Monitor > Click on the action control of the particular Website > Click on the pencil icon > Edit > Save.

  • Name: Enter the name of the website to be monitored.
  • Url: Provide the full website URL
  • Load Time Benchmark (s): Specify the maximum acceptable load time (in seconds) for the website. This will be used for performance monitoring.
  • Department: To customize, Select the department responsible for this website. Visibility and access will be limited to users within this department. refer click at section
  • Location: To customize, Choose the location associated with the website. Only users from this location will have access. refer click at section

To remove a website from the list.

To Remove a Website

Go to the left sidebar and select Live Monitor >Website Monitor > Click on the action control of the particular Website > Click on the trash icon > Click Yes to proceed.
